Our Experiences
The women-empowering experiences offered by Innerchild Foundation Inc., led by Lucia Lanatta, Angela Ribeiro and a group of practitioners, are designed to foster self-discovery and deep emotional transformation. The events focus on connecting women with their inner child to live a life filled with love, joy, and empowerment.

Throughout these experiences, participants immerse themselves in joyful dancing, singing, creative expression through drawing and writing, conscious acting, guided meditations, and breathwork, all designed to ignite inspiration and foster empowerment.
Every experience is rooted in compassion and love offering a safe space to go within themselves, and uplift their lives. By the end of each session, participants leave with a renewed sense of self-love, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their life's purpose.

The Women's Circles in a Shelter are designed to provide a safe and transformative space for women. This circle aims to foster connection, support, empowerment, and much love.
Within this nurturing environment, women are invited to share, listen, and simply be — free from judgment and external expectations. Through meaningful conversations, gentle practices, and shared experiences, each participant is encouraged to reconnect with her inner wisdom, express her truth, and celebrate her unique journey.
Together, we create a space rooted in trust, compassion, and the power of feminine presence.
