The women-empowering experiences offered by Innerchild Foundation Inc., led by Lucia Lanatta, Angela Ribeiro and a group of practitioners, are designed to foster self-discovery and deep emotional transformation. Throughout these experiences, participants immerse themselves in joyful dancing, singing, creative expression through drawing and writing, conscious acting, guided meditations, and breathwork, all designed to ignite inspiration and foster empowerment.

Every experience is rooted in compassion and love offering a safe space to go within themselves, and uplift their lives. By the end of each session, participants leave with a renewed sense of self-love, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their life's purpose.
